This unique vase, the largest cut glass vase in the Museum’s collection, was likely made as an expensive special commission.
Physical DescriptionVase in "Rookwood" Pattern. Colorless glass; blown, applied, cut. Large, heavily cut, footed vase with scalloped rim. Cut from neck to shoulder with horizontal cuts, after shoulder a pattern of fans, pinwheels, and diamonds, vase narrows to a wide, cut foot.
