Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown (probably mold-blown), cut, enameled, stained, gilded. Waisted shape; the rim polished flat on top and chamfered on the inside and gilded; the sides with stained, enameled, and gilded decoration; a linear stained band at the rim, with scattered gilded florets, framed with gilded lines, and with a band of scallops below; an entwined band of enameled forget-me-nots and linear stained band on the sides, enclosing the gilded script inscription "1 / Andenken / 8 / von / 22. / Baden."; two gilded linear bands and a row of repeated scallops below; the lower section of the sides covered with yellow stain; the bottom polished flat, with cut star, decorated with amber stain.Provenance
