Physical DescriptionMultiple-layer glass; interior layer of thin soda glass; middle layer of translucent deep amethyst and milk-white glasses of high lead content, in alternating vertical stripes; outer layer a thick casing of colorless glass; blown and manipulated. Long slender neck; deeply notched rim; flat base with ground pontil mark.
