Interpretive Notes
Still life has always been used to display familiar objects: food, flowers, porcelain, or other man-made objects. Malling’s still life is a display of aesthetic experimentation with the phenomena and materiality of glass, and with color and shape. -Susanne Jøker Johnsen Instagram: @karinamalling82
