Physical Descriptiona) Black base, aluminum, synthetic material epoxy laquer, cord. b) Top to (a), sythetic material epoxy laquer. c) Circular flourescent tube. 3 piece lamp, 2 piece slanting cylindrical unit atop flat dick base: cord comes from hole in unit, near disk. Top section of unit attached with screw (must remove it to install bulb. Two short cylinders protrude from a and b (0.5 in a; 0.5 in b) to hold bulb c. c) Osram L22 W/25c bulb.
