Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; gold colored decoration; blue-gray plastic lid; mold-blown, by machine; screen printed; a) globular shaped bottle; rim machine finished; narrow neck flaring in from rim, then flaring out to body, ten equally sized gold colored bands around the circumference of the neck; body round; "Oil" is printed in gold in the center of a gold outlined cloud on one side, cloud lens shaped on top and bottom with curly cues to the left and right; on the opposite side "PYREX®/MADE IN U.S.A." is printed in gold; flat circular base; b) circular lid; top of knob wide, knob tapers in to center of top of lid; lid circular, flat, and thin; cylindrical shaped stem extends down from bottom of center of lid, "MADE FOR USE WITH/PYREX® WARE" molded into side of stem; X-shaped base to stem, stem attached to center of X, X flat and is about the same size as the circular lid.
