Physical DescriptionColorless glass, silver metal; blown, cut, engraved, assembled. Cut glass vase with three engraved Rhineland scenes on tall narrow flaring body. Round diamond and star cut bottom with 8 scalloped edge, shaft with comet cut knob below three diamond cut rings, top with strawberry diamond panel below three large cut landscape roundels and three smaller bull’s eye roundels, flat top rim. Large roundels engraved with scenes of Bieberich Castle near Wiesbaden, Mainz city view, Johannesberg Castle, all sites along the Rhine river.
