Physical DescriptionTransparent greenish blue, with opaque white trails. Blown; trailed, dragged, and marvered. Cup: cylindrical. Two fragments, probably from same vessel (see below). (a) Rim plain, with rounded lip; upper wall vertical. Decoration: on rim, opaque white trail; extending to 1.2 cm below rim, narrow trail wound spirally nine times round circumference; beginning 1.4 cm below rim, trail wound at least six times round circumference, manipulated to form wave-like motif, and marvered. (b) Two fragments, which join and make small part of wall. Decorated with parts of two horizontal rows of marvered wave-like motifs, very similar to decoration on (a).
