Physical DescriptionSample Box, "Sierpinski Murrine Visual Aid". (a) Glass murrine slices, plate glass, wood, paint, found object; fused murrine, painted, assembled. Rectangular box made of colorless plate glass with wood paint-by-number backing board showing an Arabian horse. Box holds seven triangular opaque red and white glass murrine. Murrine show the progression of Sierpinski triangle construction. One half of a metal wall mount affixed to back of box. (b) One half of a metal wall mount.
