Physical Description9 Bags of Mosaic Strips and Fragments from Mosaic Glass Shrine. Mosaic glass or millefiori elements. Six strips roughly rectangular in cross section, translucent deep blue on one side, opaque white on the other and immediately below it four red strips roughly rectangular in cross section inlaid with strips of translucent blue on each large side. Thirteen small strips, roughly rectangular in cross section, one side of translucent deep blue, the other half opaque white and half opaque yellow. Eight strips roughly rectangular in cross section of translucent blue sandwiched between opaque white. Seven strips of opaque red with various configurations of opaque white bands on one or both faces. Six extremely small rods roughly square in cross section of opaque red sandwich between grey-blue or opaque white sandwich between opaque red. Twenty strips or sections roughly rectangular in cross section of opaque red. Five short strips of opaque orange, one inlaid with opaque white and a central red strip on one side. Two amethyst, appearing black rods roughly circular in cross section.Provenance
