Clear bubbly glass; slight weathering; free blown and enameled: part of the base of a bowl or dish, with rough pontil mark; concentric friezes and rings around center; white, red and yellow dots in "relief", a band of thin red and golden streaks, a frieze of red and golden streaks covered partly by brownish white ornaments in "relief", a red and golden thin ring, red and golden triangular ornaments.
