Circular shape; scalloped edge; inscription around rim as follows: "CORNERSTONE LAID BY LAFAYLIIL JUNE 17 1825/FINISHED BY THE LADIES 1841", ring of drapery inside inscription; Bunker Hill Monument in base with "BUNKER HILL BATTLE FOUGHT/JUNE 17 1775" around it; second inscription inside first reads "FROM THE FAIR TO THE BRAVE".
