Physical DescriptionSculpture, "Madam De/Diana DePoitiers". Paint and photo transfer on colorless sheet glass. Wall-hanging sculpture comprised of two sheets of decorated glass (bc) mounted on a metal shadow box lined with sheets of gold foil (a). Top glass sheet painted to show the outline of a human from the waist down and a black dress with the outline of a hand reaching forward. Several printed images applied to back glass sheet, including a landscape scene, the bust of a woman wearing a black headpiece, and a stone sculpture of a young man. Three holes drilled on each side of glass panels; panels are secured to metal shadowbox using threaded posts and washers.Provenance
