Suspended in the center is a facet-cut ‘infiora’ glass crystal. The lapel pin is packaged in a lidded box contained within a slipcover, and has two inserted cards – one advertises ‘infiora’ glass and the other is a certificate of authenticity. The “Dancing Stone” pin was sent to Karol Wight as a gift from Motoharu Matsumoto, President of Nippon Electric Glass Col, Ltd. following the closing conference of the United Nations International Year of Glass held in Tokyo from December 8-9, 2022. Mr. Matsumoto was one of the featured speakers at the conference and referenced ‘infiora’ glass in his remarks.
