Physical DescriptionTranslucent deep purple glass, with bubbles (largest, L. 1.4 cm) and stones; blown. Bottle: horizontal cross section of body is circular at top, but becomes square about 5.5 cm below shoulder. Rim plain, with rounded lip; neck cylindrical, wider at bottom than at top and with one small bulge near rim and one larger bulge near shoulder, which is flat, with rounded edge; wall straight and almost vertical at top but tapering toward bottom; interior of body is conical; base plain; pontil mark circular (D. 0.8 cm) and smooth.Provenance
