Physical DescriptionComparatively heavy clear beaker with very slight yellow tinge, decreasing in thickness at rim; wear marks at base; free-blown, enameled, and gilded. Straight-sided body tapering downwards to slightly concave base with very slight pontil mark; on the obverse, in multicolored enamel, the coat of arms of the Prince of Arenberg accompanied on top by the inscription: "PRINC ARENBERGAE"; flanking the arms the date "1634"; on the reverse a star-like motif in white consisting of dots, spirals, and dashes, above and below the date small white rosettes; below rim a gilded band (partly rubbed off) studded with green and red beads and accompanied at bottom by a row of white beads.
