Physical DescriptionTransparent pale green very heavy glass with bubbles and impurities; free-blown, cold painted and gilded. a) Tall cylindrical body with pushed up bases having rough pontil mark, the broadened base tooled to have a wavy outline, the underside shows piercings from a tool; b) flanged, domed cover with large double bulge top crowned by a finial consisting of a succession of knops decreasing in diameter towards the top. On the body a hunting scene, in dull multicolored paint.
