Physical DescriptionPossibly Fragments of Bottle or Pitcher with Palmette. Transparent green over colorless; both with few very small bubbles. Blown, applied; relief-cut. Three fragments from vertical wall (TTh. 0.2 cm) of bottle or pitcher (?), with small part of rounded edge of either shoulder or base. Green glass decorated in relief (Th. 0.1 cm): one almost complete motif, shown in outline, which is almost cordate but rounded at wider end, containing palmette with triangular tip and two volutes; at side of cordate motif, trace of second, unidentified element. If fragment is below shoulder, motif and palmette point down; if it is near base, they point up. Colorless surface has signs of coldworking around green elements, but not elsewhere.Provenance
