Physical DescriptionOpaque white, amethyst lead glasses; blown, overlaid, etched, cameo-carved. Tall, cylindrical shape; with flared rim, waisted neck, and rounded shoulder; bottom rounded, with flared foot rim; white overlaid on amethyst, cameo-carved to create a linear border at the rim, a formal lappet border at the shoulder, a full-length standing female figure on the side, holding a partly opened urn; inscribed in the ground, below, "T. & G. Woodall" in script; formal lappet border below, with stylized flowers and foliage; the foot rim ground flat, pontil mark ground concave, with acid-etched inscription "PSYCHE" in an arc, above the etched mark "WEBB" in a square with fans on the sides; circular printed paper label inscribed "COLLECTION OF DR. & MRS. LEONARD S. RAKOW / CG-26."
