Physical DescriptionFragment of Cup, lower wall (Th. Less than 0.1 cm) descends almost vertically, but with slightly convex profile, and curves in at bottom. Exterior above curve has two horizontal bands of scratch-engraved ornament: (1) upper, broader band has single border line at bottom (top is missing), emerging from which is triangular leaf with serrated edge and enlivened with group of three short vertical lines; background on each side of leaf has transverse hatching; (2) beneath narrow undecorated band and with single border lines at top and bottom, row of contiguous isosceles triangles with bases on lower border; these triangles have vertical hatching, triangular spaces between them are plain; below border line at bottom, one parallel line.
