Physical DescriptionColorless, with few bubbles. Blown (probably in mold); linear- and relief-cut. Box: cylindrical, with three feet. Rim short and vertical, with rounded lip; wall also vertical; base plain; no pontil mark (but see below); at edge of base, three equidistant feet, each of which is short and tapered, with square cross section. Wall has relief-cut ornament and base is linear-cut. On wall: horizontal rib (W. 0.3 cm) 0.25 cm below lip, below which decoration extends to junction with base six almost contiguous, identical elements, each of which consists of relief-cut arch with vertical side and semicircular top enclosing identical, smaller arch enclosing raised area, also with vertical sides and semicircular top, decorated with two straight cuts making inverted V. On base: Six-pointed motif composed of six arcs projecting inward from edge and which begin and end directly below gaps between outer arches on wall; at center, shallow circular depression (D. 1.4 cm). Upper wall has two groups of neatly drilled perforations (D. 0.15 cm). One group has three holes arranged in form of inverted equilateral triangle with sides of 1.1 cm; second group consists of two holes, one above other, 1.1 cm apart. The perforations were carefully positioned at the centers of two diametrically opposed arched elements.
