Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass, electroplated silver metal, wood; blown, cut. Cylindrical neck, above an angular, bulbous base; flat disk foot with cut star on the underside; cylindrical electroplated silver sleeve on the top of the neck, with pointed pouring spout and curved opening through the glass; hinged flat disk cover, marked "S&C" in a monogram, and "S625" below; electroplated silver ring at the base of the neck; cylindrical wood rod handle attached to the sleeve at top and ring at the base of the neck by electroplated silver shafts, the wood handle passing through and pinned to electroplated silver cylindrical sleeves which are attached to the shafts.Provenance
