Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, engraved. (a) Ovoid bowl, with engraved and gilt complex coat of arms on the side, with lion supporters, eleven crests, and two flags, one with a double- headed eagle; on the reverse, a crowned mirror monogram "CFS", flanked by palm fronds; stem composed of two mereses, a hollow ball knop, two mereses, an inverted baluster with large air bead and swelling base, and basal disk; circular foot with engraved boarder on two sides; rough pontil mark. (b) Domed form, with engraved bands matching those on the foot of (a); folded rim, inset brim; finial composed of a baluster with large air bubble, on a merese, hollow ball knop and two mereses; rough pontil mark inside.
