Physical DescriptionCup with Applied Decoration. Almost colorless glass, but with yellowish green tinge; many small bubbles; blown (two gathers), applied. Bowl: deep, cylindrical. Rim plain, with rounded lip; wall descends vertically before curving sharply in and down to junction with base, which is hollow and shaped like shallow cone, and has rounded edge; pontil mark annular (D. 1.8 cm). Applied decoration consists of register filled with prunts and bordered at top by narrow trail wound spirally three times around circumference, 1.6-2.2 cm below lip, and at bottom by narrow trail wound once around circumference, 1.5 cm above edge of foot; register contains three horizontal rows of 13 small, rounded prunts arranged in quincunx.
