Kohl is a cosmetic material used to darken the eyelids.
Physical DescriptionYellow-green glass, much seed making fabric appear opaque, iridescent weathering flaking off. Core-formed with applied trail decoration. Almost cylindrical body spreads out slightly from thick trailed on rim to flattened base; heavy opaque yellow trail applied below rim; thin trail of green body fabric applied below yellow trail and coiled down to base, alternately dragged up and down ten times to form deep sculptured feather or chevron pattern on body.
