Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, enameled, gilded. (a) Round funnel bowl with gilded rim, and two gilded mirror monograms in oval panels backed with opaque green and blue enamel on the inside of the bowl, within a cartouche surmounted by a crown; stem consists of a flattened knop with gilded band, above an inverted baluster with blue enamel band at the top, a blue enameled ball knop and a gilded basal ball knop, with a long air bubble running from the baluster to the bottom of the stem; spreading foot with rough pontil mark. (b) Dome shape with folded, gilded brim and inset rim; finial consisting of a ball knop at the top with gilded band, an enameled blue ball knop, a baluster with blue band below and a flattened knop with gilded band; rough pontil mark.
