Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, pattern-molded, pincered, gilded, enameled. Tall, ovoid bowl, with polished, gilded rim; enameled ivy border below the rim; sides of the bowl covered with elaborate gilded and enameled feathery scrolls, stylized fruit, flowers and foliage; mounted on a gilt merese, above a hollow, rib-molded stem with ball knop at top, above a long ovoid section; six gilded balls applied on the top knop; three loop handles with pincered trailing applied to the lower knop; gilded capstan at the base of the stem; circular foot with gilded and enameled ivy band; gilded and polished foot rim.Provenance
