Physical DescriptionVery deep purple glass with red opaque, yellow opaque, white opaque, and light blue opaque trails; blown, applied. Parison decorated with red, yellow and white trails, which were dragged and marvered; parison then inflated to desired size and shape; and decorated with blue trails. Body of fish fragment decorated with trails, which were wound round it, dragged into featherlike pattern, and marvered; trails, from head toward tail, are: red, yellow, white, red, and yellow. Thin blue trail was wound twice around body, after which thicker blue trail was applied to back and corrugated by tooling. Outer surface has several broken bubbles; inner surface has one broken bubble and several minute rounded protrusions that appear to be unbroken bubbles.
