Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown glass, oil painting. Rectangle; large war monument in center with a plinth holding a soldier leaning on his rifle; above his head are two cherubs bringing wreaths; to left and right of the cherubs are crossed swords and a uniform cap and the initials "G.A.R." above a rifle. The title is at top on a banner. To the left and right of the monument are men and women in civilian dress above four sailors on the left and five soldiers on the right; across the bottom of the panel is a battle scene. Frame: gilt wood with corner mounts and carved decoration.Provenance
