Physical Description2 Covered Urns. Colorless, presumably lead glass, of gray cast; blown, applied, cut. Two Covered Urns. The Urns (a) each have a deep ovoid bowl tapering to applied standard composed of blade knop with edge cut in ovals, short stem flaring into circular step-like formation and cut in 12 flat panels, and square base with cut sunburst with large plain center on bottom; cut decoration: wide band of relief-diamond diapering between narrow band of fine flutes at top and one at bottom, tapering panels with rounded ends. The Covers (b) each have a set-in and flanged, domed cover with tall knop-stemmed button knob; cut decoration: edge of rounded flange notched; pattern of bowl repeated in smaller scale on sides; top of button knob star cut, and knop of stem faceted.
