Physical DescriptionFragment of Bowl with Ring-and-Dot Motifs. Transparent pale greenish yellow; very many small bubbles. Blown; base applied; pincered. Fragment of bowl. Lower wall tapers at shallow angle; base consists of flat pad (Th. 0.4 cm); pontil mark roughly circular (D. 1.1 cm), with scale. Decoration: on bottom of wall, concentric circle of oval ring-and-dot motifs (L. about 3 cm), of which parts of five (of six) survive, each with raised ring and prominent raised dot; on underside, covered by applied base, six slightly curved lines radiating from center and ending at ring-and-dot motifs.Provenance
