Physical DescriptionOpalescent greenish, transparent yellow-green non-lead glass; mold-blown, cut, gilt, enameled. (a) Ovoid shape, of greenish opalescent glass; cut rim, scalloped to appear as the edges of petals, gilt; the sides with enameled red, yellow, and greenish tulip petals; applied transparent yellow-green branch handle; flat base. (b) Shallow, leaf-shape saucer; curved sides, blown in a mold to create the form of a seven-lobed leaf, each lobe ending in a point; polished, flat rim, with gilt line; gilt veins on the leaves; shallow, flat, circular depression in the center; polished flat base.
