Physical Description(a) Translucent deep greenish-brown and opaque white glass form a random veined pattern, heavy pitting with thick iridescent film on edges and back, surface repolished recently; mosaic glass technique. Large roughly triangular segment of wall panel imitating agate or sardonyx. (b) Polygonal canes with spiral opaque white design in a translucent amethyst matrix, pitted and heavily weathered; mosaic glass technique. Roughly triangular section preserves random pattern. (c) Floral canes of translucent greenish-blue centers surrounded by translucent yellow-green circular canes cased with opaque yellow float in an amethyst matrix with scattered chips of opaque white, heavily weathered, pitted and worn; mosaic glass technique, cut and polished. Almost square tile appears to preserve all original edges. (d) Opaque white chips float in an opaque brick-red matrix, heavily pitted and weathered on all sides; mosaic glass technique. Long, roughly rectangular fragment preserves no edges, apparently backed with greyish-red and opaque white glass. (e) Similar to (d), veins or ribbons of greyish opaque white stream through opaque brick-red, dull surface, unweathered; mosaic glass technique. Truncated pyramidal shape may be original.
