Physical DescriptionColorless, transparent ruby non-lead glass; blown, pattern- molded. (a) Ovoid form, with cylindrical rim; patterned with molded stylized flowers, scrolls and ovals; with a free-standing heart-shaped decoration in the base, formed of a rod with spiral red threads inside, with pincered colorless trailings on the sides; applied hollow loop handle, curled at the lower terminal; thick disk foot with flared rim; rough pontil mark. (b) Domed form, with rounded rim and tapered, inset brim; fancy heart- shaped finial, formed of a rod with spiral red threads inside, with pincered colorless trailings on the side, and twisted pincered leaf on top; mounted on three disks; rough pontil mark inside the lid, below the finial.
