Physical DescriptionRods of colorless, translucent deep blue and translucent amethyst glasses; canes of opaque white casing, translucent yellow and translucent amber with opaque white strip; cast (mosaic glass technique); ground on lathe; footring applied. Shallow bowl on footring; rim rounded by grinding; wall curves downward and inward; splayed footring made by applying and tooling trail consisting of multicolored cane; underside of base slightly rounded. Body formed from rods and canes place side by side: at center, translucent amber with white strip; on both sides, from floor to rim: translucent blue, opaque white casing, translucent yellow, translucent amethyst and colorless.
