Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, enameled, gilt. Bell-shaped bowl, with flared rim and slightly rounded sides; disk foot; gilt band above a stained yellow band at the rim; border of three-lobed leaves; rectangular panel outlined in gold, yellow stain and black enamel, with a landscape in transparent enamels, with a large castle on the hillside, above a town, with a river and boats in the foreground; inscribed "G. Mohn fec. 1813." below the panel; inscribed in gold script on the reverse "Heidelberg am/Neckar"; gilt bands on the foot; the underside of the foot polished concave.
