Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass with trailed decoration of translucent pale amethyst and amber; blown, manipulated, hot applications, hot-formed stem and foot, iridized. Tall form based on wine goblet shape; "bowl" is bubble shaped with very narrow opening thickly wrapped in amber, lower half of body decorated with applied and pulled pale amethyst trailing, bowl has overall iridization; tall solid stem and slightly conical foot of colorless glass applied while hot; rough pontil; inscribed in script on base: "Eisch 78".
