Physical DescriptionWineglass. Colorless non-lead glass; free-blown, engraved. Slender round- funnel bowl, applied composite stem including stemmed double- blade or disc knop, annular (ring) knop, large inverted baluster with tear, double-blade stemmed knop, applied wide circular foot sloping slightly to plain rim; slightly rough pontil mark; crudely engraved decoration on obverse, oval medallion with flying dove above one with flower and leaf sprays; on reverse one flower and leaf spray medallion above another; between medallions, stylized flowers and leaves above and below a medallion with "minarets"; bipinnate border at top and bottom.
