Physical DescriptionColorless, translucent deep blue lead glass; blown, etched or sandblasted, cased and reinflated, applied base, ground and polished. Deep narrow vase with flared rim and deep blue or black rim wrap, colorless walls with overall internal decoration of scattered stylized dark blue flower blossoms (notched petals surrounding central ring) and c-curves, narrow rounded base, applied deep blue or black base with sides squared and chamfered by grinding and polishing; ground and polished pontil; acid-stamped fleur-de-lis Steuben trademark on base; inscribed in script on side near base in facsimile signature: "Frederick Carder".Provenance
