Flat, circular shape, with cut raised circular panel on top; rounded edges with cut deep vertical grooves; base a raised, cut circle; enclosing a molded sulphide urn, with raised oval panels on the sides, and foliage below; flat reverse, impressed "Pellatt & Green,/Patentees, LONDON".Provenance
