Physical DescriptionTankard. Colorless non-lead glass; molded for form, stained, cut and engraved. Long straight sides tapering from bottom to plain rim, trisected by broad horizontal ribs, one about 3.6 cm above base and one 2.8 cm below rim; applied solid handle attached at center of top rib, looped, and attached by long end extending from lower rib to base; center of smooth base, sunken; sides and front decorated: eight cut panels from base to rim; ruby stain around base and rim; in leaf band above base and below rim and in center, flower-flanked panel engraved with leaves and running deer.Provenance
