Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; mold-blown in wooden mold. Abstract open flower blossom; heavy bowl; wide opening with irregular deep rim edge which extends straight down then turns in sharply and tapers toward flat solid base; exterior bears rough linear and faceted modeling of wooden mold around rim and neck; decoration becomes vertical towards base; base ground flat and polished; no pontil; inscribed "Tapio Wirkkala 2450" on bottom of base by outer edge.
