Physical DescriptionSprinkler (Qumqum). Translucent deep blue, with opaque white trails. Blown; applied, marvered. Sprinkler: body has oval horizontal cross section. Neck cylindrical, but narrower near top than at bottom, where it is constricted; shoulder splays below neck, flattens, and has rounded edge; wall descends vertically (at narrowest part) or curves down and out (at widest part), then curves down and in; base plain, with small kick; pontil mark is very faint. Decoration dropped onto base or bottom of wall, drawn up to upper neck, and marvered: three vertical trails alternating with three vertical zigzag trails.
