Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; pressed "Opera" pattern. (a) Flat circular shape plate, upturned rim with row of square panels just below edge; scene in base depicts two men in doublet and hose facing each other in front of a gate, labeled "THE TWO DROMIOS"; pattern and inscription pressed in from lower surface; (b) dome shape lid, with spherical knob; pattern pressed on interior surface which depicts two scenes of a fisherman, one in which he is sitting with a rod and another in which he is standing to bring in a catch; the two scenes are separated by shell-like ornaments.
