Physical DescriptionWhite paper; red and blue design; translucent white glass; iridescent coating; black ink; non-lead; pressed; coated (buttons); rectangular shape; index card striped on one side, one red stripe and 14 equally spaced blue stripes the length of the card; other side of card plain, at top of plain side are "T1O2" in black ink and "P.J. Kingsbury" in blue ink; below inscriptions are four rows of buttons, two buttons in each row, buttons flat with four holes, buttons translucent white at top, buttons increase in opalescence each row down, to left of third row are two marks in blue inkProvenance
