Physical DescriptionWhite paper; red and blue design; translucent white glass; iridescent coating; black ink; non-lead; pressed; coated (buttons); rectangular shape; index card striped on one side, one red stripe and 14 equally spaced blue stripes the length of the card; other side of card plain white, at top of plain side is "SnO2 Coated," below inscription are five rows of circular buttons attached to card by double-sided tape, two buttons in each row except the first row which only has one, buttons flat with four holes, buttons translucent white at top and increase in opalescence each row down "Plain/uncoated" written to right of first row, "1 cc" written to right of second, "1.5 cc" written to right of third, "2 cc" written to right of fourth, "3 cc" written to right of fifth; all inscriptions in black inkProvenance
