Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown, cut, polished, engraved, acid-etched. Jug: conical body with a waisted neck cut with vertical flutes, scalloped pouring spout, and an S-shaped handle attached to the rim and to the edge of the shoulder; a solid conical foot, cut beneath with a star. The body is etched with a mythological scene. Wineglasses: pointed bowl with cut fluting around the base, a stem consisting of a faceted knop followed by a fluted, flaring stem, and a solid circular foot with a cut star beneath. The bowl is etched with mythological scenes.
