Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass, gray paper, black plastic, gold paint plexi-glass stand; pressed, acid-etched, box and stand are fabricated. (a) Thick glass disc impressed on back with horizontal row of five interlocking-rings overlaying a scene (with acid-etched finish) of craggy mountains and wooded slopes, molded nto base of disk is a thicker support that flares out slightly at sides to form long rectangular solid base; front side has two rows of intaglio block letters "ALBERTVILLE 92/SVIES JEUX OLYMPIQUES D'HIVER"; (b) gray square hinged paper box, top impressed in dark gray with centered block letters "LALIQUE/PARIS, front side at base has black block letters "ALBERTVILLE 92/SVIES JEUX OLYMPIQUES D'HIVER", inside of box padded with gray suede-like material, inside cover impressed with same design as exterior, base has cut-out section for support; (c) vertical circular opaque black plastic support with right-angled solid rectangular base, front of base has gold block letters "LALIQUE"; four circular green felt pads on bottom corners; inscribed in script on front right short side of support section: "2958/4000 / Lalique ® France".
