Physical DescriptionCards: white paper; red and blue design; non-lead glass: opaque pink, opaque light green, opaque turquoise, opaque pale blue, opaque medium light blue; iridescent coating; pressed; coated (buttons); rectangular shaped card; circular buttons; index card striped on one side, one red stripe and 18 equally spaced blue stripes the length of the card; other side of card plain, three columns of numbers written in black ink on plain side, first column reads "10/11/12," second reads "13/14/15," and third reads "16/17/18;" above each number are two rows for three buttons and old glue; buttons have four holes and concave tops, bottoms flat; five buttons remain attached to card: two pale blue above #10, one turquoise above #11, one light green above #16, one pale blue above #17; some buttons loose in envelope: two pale blue, three medium light blue, three light green, two turquoise, five pink.Provenance
