宝石红锦葵纹玻璃鼻烟壶
Physical DescriptionSnuff Bottle and Stopper. Transparent red non-lead (?) glass; blown, carved. Flattened, circular form, carved in the shape of a six-petaled mallow flower, with carved undulating sides and carved overlapping petals on the faces of either side, with carved spiral disks at the centers; short, tapered neck with flat rim and circular opening for the stopper. (b) Thick ivory disk cap, with carved eight-petal flower on top, cross-hatched center; lobed sides, each lobe with a small, circular depression; waisted section below; turned ivory shank with thin cork sheath; long ivory spoon with small oval spatulate bowl.
